Health Benefits of Blueberries

Nutritional Information

Nutritional information for all products is provided on product packaging, however if you’d like to know more about the products please feel free to contact us. Actually, I can keep it pretty simple. Most products are a mix of organic blueberries or raspberries, organic sugar and possibly a squeeze or two of organic lemon juice. The amount of sugar depends on the product. Our most common question is how much sugar, well, raspberry jam is roughly around 50% sugar while blueberry jam is half that. If you’d like to know more, we’d be only too happy to have a chat to you.
